This latest property sold for full price, two days after listing.....during the COVID-19 pandemic. We weren't allowed to physically stage it or have open houses because of the pandemic, so Troy did online staging and promoted the property online. He couldn't have made it easier for us, and we were amazed at how well this went and what the property sold for. His suggestions were spot on for both properties, and the service couldn't have been better. We are extremely happy with Troy Anderson, and recommend him very highly.
