Trisha is the absolute best! She makes sure you are taken care of and completely informed in every part of the buying & selling process! Not only is she so helpful during the process she also is there during the home owning experience!! Months after we bought I was able to reach out & get help from her multiple times. I wish we could use her to buy every time we moved because it’s going to be hard to find anyone that ever comes close to how great she was on our next pcs!! I promise you will not be disappointed choosing her as your realtor!!

Trisha is the definition of best of the best. We bought our first home with her, and with us being military, we felt 110% comfortable closing and doing everything virtually with her. She delivers. Throughout the process, whether it may feel like a dumb question to random question - she answers us all the time and with the best detail. When it came time to sell, she kept us updated throughout the process and even taught some house touch ups, though she may be busy! We felt confident to do this again virtually with her and who she partners with. That’s something we highly respect. She’s a package deal when it comes to being a realtor. She’s detailed oriented, relatable, informative, positive, and honest. We’d recommend her again and again!

Trisha reached out to me a few years ago about selling my home. I'm so glad I saved her number for when I was ready. Went above and beyond to ensure that my house was sold quickly. I couldn't ask for a better agent. I strongly recommend her to any and all searching to buy or sell a house.

She was mildly on the demanding side and very detached from the situation. She was also very money driven to the point that it seemed she did not care about the people she was working for, only how fast she could make the most money possible. But what really irritated me was that she would schedule people to come to the house without asking first as if she owned the place. Then random people would show up, no clue what was happening until after they explained themselves. These were things that were only mentioned briefly in passing and never discussed nor a time line set in place. On top of that all the people she scheduled/recommend showed up to the house high as hell and carried the smell of weed thought the house to the point we had to open all the windows and doors to air it out. These instances proved very unprofessional. Most likely would NOT recommend.
