Finally when we’re able to fly down she nailed the property that met all of our needs. Trisha was tremendous because since we had to return to DC, she took care everything necessary to consummate the sale. We flew in from DC to the closing table. Trish was very helpful and knowledgeable about listing our home. She gave us tips to make the best use of space for potential buyers. If she didn’t hear from buyers agents, she contacted them personally for feedback. She was always there to encourage us if a showing didn’t produce an offer. I went through a lot to get here with my dog and Trisha helped me to get through all problems with finding information that was needed. She is one of the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I would give her a rate of 150% she always knew what I needed to get so things would flow and be able to close.
