Having lived in the community myself for 18 years, I knew of Trish, and her background, and knew I could trust her with the sale of my home. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Easy to get a hold of, and very caring in nature. I highly recommend working with her for any property located in San Clemente.

We always planned to contact her when we needed to do the next real estate transaction and this year she helped sell our son and daughter-in-law's condo and also sold our house so we could move up. She was always available to answer questions literally 24 hours a day! We had not purchased a house for 39 years, so it was a new situation in real estate which she patiently guided us through and continues to do so. She helped us make offers and negotiate on 3 different houses. We finally settled on house # 2! It was fun to work with her and we count her as a friend.

Trish Ragland is well known in our community a a resident/agent. Having the history and knowledge of the area and HOA is key. She has always been friendly and approachable when meeting face to face on the sidewalk while dog walking as well as at HOA meetings. Our home was sold as part of a Relocation package. The process seemed complicated, with extra time/effort expected from Trish. I'm not sure she was properly compensated for her energy. However, I am certain that both the seller, buyer and Relo company were very satisfied with her work. We highly recommend Trish to anyone. If we decide to return to the area we know who to call!
