Nicest guy you will ever meet. Got referred to me from a friend that used him for his home. These days you have to jump fast if you want to have a chance at buying a home before it’s sold. Well we found a place we liked late Saturday night. I called trip Sunday morning expecting to get his voicemail. To my surprise he answered and contacted the sellers realtor before church! Right after church his excellent teem put together an offer and we were under contract the next day.
