Amazing experience with an amazing realtor!!!

We found Tripp based on reviews online as I wasn’t physically in Savannah to meet realtors in person. We were in a position where our home was on the market for 6 months without any offers with a different agent and I knew we needed to make a change. From the moment we meet Tripp over the phone, we knew we would be in great hands. He was so confident in a comforting way that we felt at ease listing our home with him. He immediately had his amazing photographer take new photos of our home for a refresh and it listed within 48 hours. We immediately gained traction and numerous showings of serious buyers. We made some pricing adjustments and after two months, we accepted an offer on our home. Throughout the process, Tripp was communicative and guided us in decision making processes. He works with a team of people that were also committed to getting our home shown to their clients as well. He was also able to provide us with numerous references for electrical, masonry, handyman work etc. and all of his people did an amazing job. Not only because they pride themselves on their work, but because they have worked with Tripp in the past. We just closed on our home yesterday and everything went off without a hitch.
