My wife met Tripp coincidentally, and it turned out incredibly well! We were interested in a property in Southbridge and she stopped into his office. Tripp was there, stopped what he was doing and graciously answered all her questions. Then, he personally takes her to the property. Remember he's the Owner and has staff to accommodate the clients. My wife shared her experience with Tripp and told me how impressed she was with his knowledge and professionalism, and more importantly how genuinely nice and personable he was. A couple days later I called Tripp to discuss the property. That transaction didn't work out, but as my wife said, he was so friendly and knowledgeable I immediately knew Tripp would be our Realtor and the friendship began. Six months later we call Tripp about another property we wanted to see, over Easter weekend. We live in Florida and have limited time to search for homes in Savannah. We asked to view the home at 3pm on the Friday before Easter, No surprise to us Tripp said, sure see you there. Well, the rest seems impossible but that's why I'm writing this review about how AMAZING Tripp is!!! We offered at 5pm, they countered and at 6:30am Saturday morning Tripp is congratulating us and has the contract ready for signing. Even though it's Easter weekend, Tripp is still holding our hand answering every question, giving us lender and inspection referrals so we were able to wrap this thing up before we head home Sunday. His communication was off the charts that weekend and continued throughout the process. As a side note, it seemed like everyone in Savannah knows Tripp. We wanted to get into a couple gated communities to look around, and we said Tripp Butler was our Realtor and the gates opend immediately. Even though we've already closed on the house, Tripp continues to offer his services and contacts anytime we need them. Tripp went above and beyond in every way and we can't thank him enough!!
Tripp was very prompt in responding to any questions. He was also considerate of living in the home and having showings. He was fair and very competitive with his commission. Provided beautiful photos and home video.
In my experience with realtors Tripp Butler is the best. He is a great listing and buying agent and will do everything to make sure your experience goes well. I must say Tripp went above and beyond a difficult closing. Sellers were not willing to correct any problems from building inspections. Tripp paid out of his commission to correct deficiencies. We worked with him over a year and he finally found what we were looking for. He is the most patient person we have ever encountered.I am a retired real estate broker and he is a keeper. You will be so impressed with Tripp.He is always available when you need him . If you want a knowledgable, trustworthy broker, Tripp is your guy!
Selling your house is always a mixture of emotions but Tripp’s kind demeanor, excellent customer service, and expertise of the market made this experience so much easier. Choosing Tripp Butler for our realtor to sell our house was a smart decision. Tripp was very professional, honest, and so helpful from beginning to end. He was excellent in communicating with us and kept us in the loop on everything that was happening from beginning to end.
