First time using Homie and Trinkette. All of my interaction with her were either online, phone or text. Trink was very responsive to all my requests, quickly answered questions, and helped provide guidance on the marketplace and pricing. There was a little more work involved with using Homie but it pays off big in commission savings. Their online platform was very user friendly and all document signing was done online except final closing. Much more efficient than using a regular agent with time consuming meetings. Trink got the house listed very quickly, with professional photos, and yard sign the same day. I would highly recommend using Trink and Homie and will personally use them again on my next sale.
