I don't like being railroaded into decisions)but gave facts. When we weren't sure, Trinkette was quick to answer and was honest. She didn't pressure us into any bad choices which in the long run created more work for her! Trinkette kept us well updated with showings, feedback, estimate sheets, market reports, and worked late to ensure we received offers and had enough time to think them through. I'm sure our agent did what was expected of a Homie agent. I just expected more. I felt I had to push my agent on a lot of issues. A few times her frustration with me would show. I wanted to list my home higher than she recommended, she adamantly advised me against it. I didnt listen, it sold in 2 days. I'm not sure if she didn't know the market in the area or if she knew she had a set fee for services, so price didn't matter to her. I would not recommend Homie to anyone.

We had a few ups and downs with different sellers but she gave us great insight and wisdom. It really helped the entire process.
