Persistence in a tough market!

Trini has worked long hours over many days, weekends and months to get my property sold. Quite a few sales closings fell through at the last moment but Trini just kept doing all that was possible to get back on track. I've done lots of business with Trini over the past few years. Thank you Joseph it was my pleasure to work for you in a successful transaction with a few challenges along the way. My advice to my fellow Realtor’s is due your best to get your buyers into underwriting with a DU prior to locking into a contract. We experienced two buyers who where locked into a contract and at the very end did not qualify for the loan which put us back in the market. I cannot express how critical it truly is to get a DU from the lender for your buyer in order to have a successful transaction. Once again Joseph, thank you for giving my the opportunity once again to work with you in the sale of your property.
