My brother and I, who both live in New York State, had to sell our late uncle's house in Florida. She let the various service providers into the house and closed everything up when they were done. Trini put in a lot of work to prepare the house for sale. Among other things, she painted the interior and powerwashed the exterior. Trini may have done a bit more than usual for us because we were long-distance sellers, but my brother and I are grateful for all of her efforts.
