Trina was hands down the best realtor we’ve ever encountered
Trina was hands down the best realtor we’ve ever encountered. I’ve never been impressed with the level of service I’ve gotten from realtors, and I’ve always cringed when it came time to pay out their commissions (feeling as if they certainly didn’t earn that much $ on my behalf). However, for the first time ever, I felt like Trina actually earned all of the commission she made from our home purchase. We moved to CO from TX, so we had several brief and hurried house-hunting trips over a period of 3 months. Trina made this so easy for us. She didn’t show us a house that she hadn’t previewed first. If she previewed a house and had hesitations about it fitting our wants/needs, she’d let us know. She knew enough from our first house-hunting trip with her, that we trusted her to cross houses off our list for us. The first time I came to CO to look at houses, I came with a girlfriend, and Trina had a basket of snacks, drinks, rec center guides, and neighborhood newsletters sent to our hotel room. That was a nice touch and a great way to get a head start before house-hunting the next day. When we drove around to houses with her, she always had snacks and waters in the car for us. She would also give us a binder with each MLS sheet for each house, as well as a google map showing how far the elementary and middle schools were from the house. Overall, Trina gave us the level of service that I would expect from any realtor, but had not seen from any before. We were not easy clients, and kept changing our minds on houses and neighborhoods. Trina patiently stuck with us and never slacked on her level of service to us. She would be in her office with us at 10pm on a weeknight, writing contracts, because she knew we had a limited amount of time to get things done on each visit, and a tight timeframe to find a house.
