We can’t recommend Tricia enough. We’ve worked with her on and off for 12 years and keep coming back because she is the best around. She works at such a high level of trust and integrity while being extremely helpful. She is so knowledgeable and offers great advice, but is never pushy. We have known Tricia since 2013 and she has been with us through thick and thin. We didn't know much about owning a house in the US in 2013 and had a lot of constraints and financial limitations; however, Tricia did an awesome job of taking us to countless houses all over Salt Lake to find us our dream home in 2014. Tricia is an amazing person. She worked hard with us to purchase a new house and sell our old house. She was go between for 2 very difficult buyers. She took the brunt of the nonsense from an inexperienced and obnoxious agent which led to a sale that fell through and helped us move on with the back off offer with minimal effort from us.
