Tricia is so personable and really cares to get to know you and your family. She was very patient and willing to take me to multiple showings until I found the perfect fit for my family. She was so responsive! She replied to my messages immediately and got me into homes ASAP when I expressed any enthusiasm. She was always very honest and never tried to "talk me into" anything. It felt like she was always on my side and thinking about my best interest. She immediately felt like a close friend or family member. I highly recommend her!

We have known Tricia since 2013 and she has been with us through thick and thin. We didn't know much about owning a house in the US in 2013 and had a lot of constraints and financial limitations; however, Tricia did an awesome job of taking us to countless houses all over Salt Lake to find us our dream home in 2014. She took the brunt of the nonsense from an inexperienced and obnoxious agent which led to a sale that fell through and helped us move on with the back off offer with minimal effort from us.
