Tricia is everything I could have asked for in a realtor. She is friendly and a good communicator. She always replied to me quickly and professionally whether it was text, phone or email. In our initial contact Tricia made good suggestions on what I needed to do to get the house ready to sell and what would make it show well. Coordinating the documents and pictures for listing, sale and closing was very smooth and everything kept moving. Upon listing she generated a lot of excitement and showings which resulted in a couple of offers in short order. She was in contact with me immediately and made sure my questions were answered. She offered her recommendations but was not pushy. I felt I had good information to base decisions on. Tricia always kept a positive attitude through all the bumps in the process. Through the sale and closing process she was in contact often helping me understand the terms, requests and my options. On closing day she went out of the way to accommodate my scheduling difficulties and saw it through to the end. I'm thankful for such a positive experience and highly recommend her.
