Tricia was fantastic from beginning to end starting with showing me places on some of the coldest days and always with a smile. I haven't bought a home in 15 years so in many ways I felt like a first-time homebuyer. Tricia answered my questions at all hours of the day and night and walked me through the process step-by-step. On the day before settlement while doing the final walk-through, we realized the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. Tricia met with an electrician at 7:00 a.m. the day of settlement to have refrigerator plugged in and make sure everything was in order. I can't say enough about Tricia. She truly goes above and beyond!
