She explained about how the current buyers market works now, how buyers usually shop online before going to see a house. She also explained how the current buyers very often are asking for settlement help when making an offer. We would never have seen that coming! Tricia was in touch with us all through out the 2.5 months we worked with her; always available to come over to the house if we had concerns about something, returned texts, emails and phone calls promptly. She patiently explained the paperwork needed to complete for listing: disclosure, what is included and excluded in the sale and the timing of how things would work. Tricia was fantastic from beginning to end starting with showing me places on some of the coldest days and always with a smile. I haven't bought a home in 15 years so in many ways I felt like a first-time homebuyer. Tricia answered my questions at all hours of the day and night and walked me through the process step-by-step. On the day before settlement while doing the final walk-through, we realized the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. Tricia met with an electrician at 7:00 a.m. the day of settlement to have refrigerator plugged in and make sure everything was in order. I can't say enough about Tricia. She truly goes above and beyond!
