We cannot recommend Tricia enough. We decided to put our house on the market in early March 2020. When we met with Tricia, she walked us through the process, provided us a timeline of how to get our house ready for Market, and kept us on schedule so we could be ready to show our house. Tricia also helped us determine how much to list our house. She has extensive knowledge of our area, and made sure that it was perfectly listed to attract as many buyers as possible. Once our house was listed on the market, we had two days of open house we had multiple, written, above asking offers. What made Tricia stand out was that all of what she did for us took place right before the pandemic took place and "stay-at-home" orders were issued. Tricia kept us up-to-date on all the information and regulations and made sure that we were able to sell and buy our house in a timely manner. During the scheduled showings, Tricia helped ensure that all precautions were in place and helped to sanitize the home afterwards. Tricia truly went above and beyond what was asked of any realtor during the process and cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her team.
