One of if not the very best realtors around! She was so helpful, fast, efficient, and just overall amazing. Shes also genuinely nice and concerned about making sure the house youre getting is one you truly want. She was also patient and helped us sift through many listing to maximize our viewings in such a tough market! In a tough and competitive market like this no one beats Tricia! Shes responsive, gets you into showings/appointments before they go off market, and even helps you find amazing houses in your budget. The home she helped us get was 40k under budget and more square footage than we thought we'd be able to get. The home is also in excellent condition. She's also genuinely nice and considerate. She wants you to be truly happy in your new home. She's goes so much farther than above and beyond. Shes also perfect for covid safety! My partner is high risk and she not only made sure we're safe but asked others to be safe too. She also is very personable and a pleasure to be around. Tricia had experience selling houses in our neighborhood, prior to our experience with her. This gave her great local knowledge, and she was able to recommend a reasonable price during our first meeting with her. She has a highly outgoing personality and works very well with people. The house we were selling had been in our family a while, and she was understanding of how important it was that it was sold to people, who would take good care of it. Tricia was FANTASTIC from day one. It was our first time selling a house but I can't imagine the experience going any smoother and being any easier on us. She was fair, helpful and we always had confidence that she was doing everything she could for us. She did an amazing job staging our home, hired an excellent photographer and built such a large buzz for the open house that our grass was trampled in the front yard by the end of the weekend. Absolutely would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone in the area needing an agent.
