Not only did she do a fantastic job helping find the perfect home, she worked even harder to make sure I got the best possible deal, and paid attention to all of the details along the way. After a few experiences working either other realtors, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help guide me through this process. Tricia was our Selling Agent but because she also ended up representing the Buyers also, she offered to take a lower commission to make their offer just a little bit sweeter to get it done. Most Agents don't do that. She was extremely professional, communicative to both sides and got the deal closed in under 30 days, during the holidays! We look forward to doing more deals her.
