I have bought and sold several houses over the years and I can honestly say that Tricia Aungst is the most conscientious and helpful agent I have ever met. She went our of her way to accommodate us in every way possible. If I ever had a question or needed some information, I could always count on her quick responses. She was very much on top of everything during the two transactions we did with her. Our goal was to sell our current house and buy a house in a 55 plus community. This was a tricky combination because we didn't want to have to rent somewhere and move all of our belongings twice, She successfully worked this out with the buyer and seller so we were able to close on the same day and move right in. Tricia also was excellent when working with the title companies and constantly checking to make sure the closings would go smoothy. She went way above and beyond what I have ever experienced with an agent. She even went so far and so help my husband find a golf cart because she knew he was looking for one. Also, her patience was beyond belief. She showed us numerous houses in several different communities before we found the perfect one for us. She was also very good at reminding me what had to be done on my part every step of the way. I can not express the gratitude I have to Tricia.
