My Husband and I purchased a home through Trisha. We we’re moving from Iowa and I never felt like I should worry about her, very strong professionalism. We had a issues with the seller trying to back out and Trisha communicated with us on what was going on, being so far away I felt like we were in great hands to bring everything together. Tricia is the best. It felt like we looked at 38 houses in Pinellas county and every one had something that stood out as something that would have to be “tolerated”. Along with the insane market right now Tricia was still finding new places everyday to check out. Then one popped up on a Sunday afternoon, we went to see it first thing on Monday, pulled the trigger and she made it happen. Then at closing, the title company was getting new furniture were giving away some nice glass tables and a few chairs, i didn't have enough room in my truck for everything so instead of taking two trips, Tricia loaded the rest if the items in her own vehicle, and drove them over to the new house.
