Trey impressed me with his know how of home construction especially when dealing with older historic homes, many realtors wanted me to worry about surface level issues instead of the bones of the home. Trey was able to address my concerns both surface and level and structural. His availability and prompt responses are also a major Boon. I won't be in the market for a new home anytime soon but I know who I will call if I am!

Trey was phenomenal during our homebuying process. We are new to this city, so we weren't sure how we would find a real estate agent that knew the market and was someone we could relate to. We met Trey through a couple of Chamber of Commerce events. We struck a friendship with him before we even had our eye on buying a home. Once we alerted him our interests, he set us up with a few home search engine tools at his disposal. He organized home tours for us on short notice and listened for all of the small details we were looking for in a potential home. He was very patient as we toured countless homes throughout months of home searching. When necessary, Trey wasn't afraid to ask the hard questions of selling agents, and it was always clear that he had our best interest in mind. Trey was also very knowledgeable of local issues and topics in real estate. He understood obscure, unexpected expenses that certain homes may face and also had a knack for spotting issues in the homes we toured. Throughout the process, Trey treated us (and our family) as if they were his own family. He took the utmost care in helping us navigate our disagreements in what we wanted. He listened first and, when asked, always gave unbiased, sound feedback. Once we found a home we really liked, Trey pulled out his figurative magnifying glass and did a deep dive on the home alongside the home inspector to ensure we were getting every dollar of value for our purchase. Using real-time market guidance, he helped us submit an offer that was competitive but not indulgent. Trey did a great job of staying on top of the paperwork for us. He didn't let us a miss a deadline. In summary, Trey provided an exceptionally high level of bespoke service and his attention to our needs didn't waiver for an instant. I would recommend Trey to any homebuyers that want agent that will 'go to bat' for them, listen intently, and stop at nothing for his clients.
