Very professional and helpful

We were extremely happy with the service Joel provided us! We were first time home buyers and on a time restraint and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was very knowledgeable about the area and listened to our wants and needs to help us find our dream home! He even recommended a mortgage guy who was amazing and they worked together with us to get us into a house in our time period. We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone we know looking to purchase a home in the area!

This was not a typical deal. The seller subdivided property that we bought for a ranch. O'Bannon went the extra mile to help us close the deal. Highly recommend his services whether you're a seller or a buyer.

my wife and i were in texas and Joel took a chance on us and drove two hours to meet us and then rode up a mountain with us and spent a couple of hours walking the very rugged terrain. He kept us informed the entire 5 months time it took to complete the deal.
