He listened to us as we toured the first few homes. He then came back to us with several properties that were spot on for us. He was very personable and friendly with us. While I felt like we didn't look at enough properties, in essence, he showed us what we wanted very quickly. He advocated for us during negotiations and we got almost everything we wanted.
Honestly I cannot say enough about Trent as a realtor, we went in not knowing even remotely what we wanted. Trent showed us house after house until we found the perfect home. He was super patient, knowledgeable, and helped me through the entire process from start to finish.
