I've known Trenette since I was a little girl growing up in Conway,SC. One day I called her and asked about buying a home. Two months later, I was in my dream home. Trenette drove over three hours just to show me houses. She was very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. My experienced Ms. Tucker was wonderful. She used her knowledge to walk me and Aunt Rachel B. Cuff through the process from listing the home to selling the home. These were trying times for the family. Ms. Tucker hung in with the family like a solid family member. If we had more homes to sell, she would our agent.

As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and apprehensive about most things concerning the process. However, Trenette took the time to explain every step of the process, helped me overcome hurdles, and guided me to the right sources when necessary. We viewed several properties, and she very patient and detailed in answering my questions. She also accommodated my crazy work schedule. When I became overwhelmed or frustrated with the process, she provided a wealth of information to help me understand and to calm me down. I traveled overseas towards the end of the process, and thus, could not be there for the closing. Trenette worked with me and my Power of Attorney to make sure things move smoothly, and even helped me participate in the process via video chat.
