Working with Travis as my realtor was a positive experience. I had not sold a house before and I was apprehensive. However, Travis put me at ease immediately during our initial appointment. He offered market value information I needed and answered questions without being aggressive or “pushy.” Once the property went on the market, Travis communicated with me regularly by email and by phone when necessary. The house was on the market only five days when Travis informed me there were two interested buyers. I accepted one of the offers that same day. The sale went smoothly and we closed on the property approximately one month later. From day one, Travis was friendly, professional and helpful in every way. He and his associate, Tiffany, were always available for questions or concerns from me. I highly recommend Travis for real estate services.
