My wife and I hired Travis to sell our waterfront home in Pompano Beach, FL. The entire experience was fantastic. I accepted an out-of-state position within my company and had to move our family to North Carolina in 30 days. Needless to say we were in a tight spot. We needed to sell my home quickly, but also wanted top dollar. Travis was all over it. From day one he offered a consultative approach and helped us with everything from preparing for the listing, finding a great photographer (the pictures came out amazing!), and stayed with us through the closing process. After multiple bids, our home was under contract in a week - and for thousands more than we expected! Travis helped us negotiate with the buyer (who turned out to be difficult so were grateful that Travis was on our side to deal with him) and made sure we got what we wanted.
