Travis was amazing when it came to communicating, organizing and taking care of small things that we couldn’t because we had already moved out of state when the house went on the market. He really thought ahead and made sure the home was taken care of and kept in showing condition. We found out that we had to have some work done on the home after we left and he was so helpful in connecting us with the right people to get the work done at a good price and negotiated fairly with the buyer to maximize our equity and minimize the associated costs. He is very knowledgeable of the processes and procedures of home selling and buying and effectively communicated the options we had so we could make educated decisions.
