Shopping for a home can be fun, but eventually your life will be consumed by 'the move'. Along the way you're gonna have issues, snags, surprises and you'll need your agent to be there, step up and make them go away. You don't need more drama on top of an already difficult process! If you're like me, you want to find a house and have your agent make it happen. Sign this, send that, drop this off and I'll take care of the rest. Travis is the guy!! I don't care how many houses he's sold or how much money he makes or if he's the #1, #2 or #3 sales guy. Market knowledge, communication, follow through, product knowledge, financing, procedure, network, availability and process are all important but none of this matters if your agent doesn't provide the service and deliver for you.
