Travis stuck with us over a long and grueling period of time looking for our perfect house, both on-line and through many on-site visits to houses that didn't quite work for us. He never tired through the many rejections of potential houses. I kept stating to him that maybe he was ready to "fire us"! He would always say "no way," he was going to find us our house. He never tried to do what some clothing salespersons sometimes do, i.e., state something akin to: "Oh that looks great on you . . . ." Instead, he would point out issues, or potential issues, that he knew would be a negative consideration/problem, or that he knew would not be to our liking. In some of those instances, he very well could have talked up the house's positive points to convince us of its merits so he could finally make his commission and be done with us. Not Travis -- I was almost shocked at his stick-to-itiveness in finding what he knew to be what we needed. When we finally found our house, Travis spent many hours visiting the home to help with all the walk-throughs and inspections, including after we closed on the house, and seemingly his job was done. He even continued to work with the seller's agent to return some items that were removed based on their interpretation of the agreement. He even assisted in some clean-up that the sellers left undone. In sum, as I kidded him, it almost seemed Travis was working for minimum wage based on the number of hours he spent during the better part of the year he worked with us -- picky/particular that we were/are! Bottom line: If anyone is looking for a dedicated real estate agent that is both dedicated to the task and very knowledgeable in real estate matters, they would be hard-pressed to find a better agent than Travis Kreischer!

Outstanding realtor, high integrity, excellent knowledge of multiple areas, utmost friendly, knows laws, taxes, HOAs, mortgages, etc. always a professional in his work, returns calls, answers questions no matter how mundane they are, provides honest input to potential housing market. We contacted Travis some time in early March of this year. We wanted a house in Marco Island and he was very much in tune with all the properties there. Travis helped us a great deal. We were communicating from CA for a while. He always answered our texts, was very knowledgable when we had questions, and made us feel like we were special clients. I just want to let everyone know Travis is awesome! He wasn't our personal realtor, we called to see a house and he was sent out to show us. From that day forward he was our realtor!! We live out of state so we had a lot of questions, concerns and he answered everything! Covid hit right before our closing and we couldn't even fly down for it, Travis was great, took care of everything for us, he even took the keys until we could fly down and met him once flights opened back up. Very good experience working with Travis during our home search during 2019 and 2020. Travis was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area. He also was very honest and told us the good and not so good in what he saw in the houses we looked at. We were from out of state and Travis even helped us out with searches when we couldn’t be here.
