Our experience with Travis was awesome! We had complete trust in his ability to find us the home we were to buy and then to sell it two years later when the market went crazy. It is rare these days to be able to fully put your faith in others. But with Travis, we were completely comfortable that he had our best interest at heart. We spent a week with him while looking for our home and then had to fly back before finding just the right home. But, two days later he called and sent pictures of the home that met all our needs. We signed a contract without physically seeing it because we felt that confident in Travis. The house had not even had time to hit MLS when he found it for us. Then, when it was time to sell our home, there was not a question about who we would have list it. He found a buyer who offered over list price in this crazy market. We had to do some negotiating and Travis helped us through with grace and professionalism. We are grateful to have found him and Hunt Brothers realty.

Travis did great. It was hard because we were from out of state and he had to do a lot of virtual tours. He made sure he showed us the house the neighborhood. Travis told us everything he could about area and surrounding areas. Travis also gave us some recommendations for something’s we needed done In our new home.
Travis was exceptional. He did everything in his power for me. I could not have had anyone else do a better job! It was difficult because I was moving from Colorado he spent many hours looking at homes for me sending me videos teaching me about the area, teaching me what to look for, he was absolutely invaluable.
