With this being a serious buyers market in our area and not my first time to sell, it was recommended that I just try and sell the house on my own. I started looking into things and realized there were a number of moving parts and things that could go wrong. Best decision I made. Travis is such a nice and calm person, that he made this such a low stress sell. More importantly...I didn’t feel like I had lost control of my house or the sell at any point during the process. Travis provided me advice and making sure I had all the info let me make the decisions. I didn’t feel like I was working to make Travis money or working for Travis. Something I have heard from other friends who have sold. That is something that wouldn’t have worked with me at all. Travis was punctual, timely, and reachable through the entire process.
