Tracy worked with me to both sell my previous home and purchase my new home. I am SO VERY happy that I chose Tracy to work with as I honestly don't know if I could have made it through the ordeal had I chosen anyone else. I am extremely happy with my new home and Tracy was so very helpful in keeping communication open from the title agency. Tracy is very knowledgeable and professional. I would use her again though I do hope that this will be my last move.

Tracy did a truly exceptional job. When I first spoke with her about the sale of my house she was able to give me definite "to do's" that would help with the marketing and sale. After that, she helped with the staging. I have sold three houses prior to this one and never have I had a Realtor do as much work as Tracy did. I highly recommend her.

I was doing my search from Virginia. I trusted Tracy to be my eyes until I could physically get to Florida to do a 2 day MEGA Home search. She was just awesome! She was patient with my needs and wants, and slight indecision. She planned 2 days of running to see as many houses as we could fit in. I had 3 originally that I wanted to see, none of them were "My Unicorn". We looked at 5 more 8 total on the first day. Second day we did about the same. I focused on 2 homes, but found that both had "issues" that I didn't want to get involved with, so I did another once over on the other houses that I saw, and realized that the one at 17999 was the right one. She was there for the inspection, did the final walk through for me, and took care of everything that required "feet on the ground". I couldn't have gotten through it without her professionalism, and patience.

After my sister’s passing in the state of Florida, where she resided, I had the task of selling her home in Florida while I live here in Pennsylvania. Tracy came to the rescue and made the entire process seamless! I cannot say enough about her knowledge, professionalism, and compassion that I experienced during our interactions. Tracy is one of a kind and anyone who gets to have her as their realtor will be blessed I know I am! Her dedication to making sure no stone was left unturned, all the T’s were crossed, and everything was in order for a smooth sale, ensured that my sister’s home would be marketed in a way that the buyers would say what a great property they were getting by someone like my sister, who took great pride in her home. Tracy goes above and beyond and I could go on and on I’m eternally grateful for having her as my realtor during this emotional time. Tracy was with us every step of the way, from finding the right neighborhood and house to finally closing 12 months later. Tracy also managed to secure us a large incentive from the builder. Even living over a 1,000 miles away from our new home, Tracy always kept us informed and took pictures during the home builing process. Since this is the first home I have purchased I did not have much background knowledge for the entire process but Tracy was patient and explained everything I needed to know in a way that helped me understand.
