Tracy went above and beyond our expectations. She offered so many services to help fix the houses problems, offered to stage the house as well. She even paid for the pictures out of her own pocket! I highly recommend Tracy to help you sell your home. Ours sold in less than 24 hours.

I have not met anyone as personable, caring, or absolutely about and ON YOUR side as much as hers, ( if not more!!). If it wasn't for her extra effort, love, Carr, faith, motive, push and drive... I could have lost my entire life ...either thrown away or literally. She is the absolute best. Hands down.

Our sale was a relatively easy one thankfully, and Tracy was a large part of that! She had good tips on how to present the home for showings and explained all of the offers we received very thoroughly so we knew which one made the most sense to accept for our family. When we had something come back on the inspection report that needed repairing, I had the phone number of a contact that she had within minutes.

After our condo had the roof ripped off during the Derecho we decided to fix and sell. We were living in California at the time so we had to depend on Tracy to help with everything. She let people in to do work in the condo; painting and carpet installation, coordinated the removal and installation of appliances. She even picked out appliances for us since we couldn't be there. All in all over 10 months she went over and above to help us repair and sell the condo. This could have been a disaster trying to do all this ourselves while being 2000 miles away. Tracy was the best. Highly recommend.
