I'm a first time and older (40s) homebuyer that over prepares and asks a lot of questions.<br/><br/>We started looking from out of state two years ago and we are about to close on our first home.<br/><br/>Tracy has been working with us the entire time since I happened to get lucky and have her answer the phone on a property that I was no where near ready to buy. I gave her every reason not to work with me but she was always there to help... Never pushy... Helped educate me and my husband on the market and spent hours with us when we came to visit to see the area. <br/><br/>She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient, able to easily assess needs and best of all a realtor who actually cares that you find the best home for you and that you are comfortable with your decision. My husband and I have lived in three countries and two states and worked with many Realtors in each place. Even realtors who were family friends did not treat us the way Tracy has. <br/><br/>I am eternally grateful to have found her and will never go to a different realtor as long as she is in real estate. I cannot say enough about how cared for we've been and by the way what a great place for a great price that we've gotten.<br/><br/>I could not imagine a better experience and in this day and age I can say I'm honored to recommend her.
