I live in the Sauk Prairie/Lake Wisconsin community and I bring thirty years of experience in sales and client service to RE/MAX Preferred. As a result, I am polished, thorough, and effective while working toward exceeding my clients’ expectations. I’m a fun-loving, go-getting, hard-working gal! When I’m not in the office you’ll find me exploring nature by tearing up the hiking trails, making waves on the water, or escaping on a camping retreat. I like to challenge the status quo by being a creative marketer while showcasing properties through my unique but proven strategies, including video and various social media platforms. I am proud of connecting people due to the many relationships I’ve built both inside and outside of the real estate world. As a full-time realtor in the last six years, I have represented over $82 million in successful closings, leaving many happy folks along the way. My success comes from my compassion and understanding while working with people in all walks of life. Even though I value my double bachelor’s degrees (I worked hard to get ‘em!), I value hard work and experience even more. Communication is vital, so I’ve created what I call my “Sundown Policy.” Basically, if you call me during the day, I will do everything I can to call you back that same day before the sun goes down. I may not have all the answers, but I will touch base. I employ a team-based approach. I can not say enough about how Tracy went above...

I can not say enough about how Tracy went above and beyond to make our experience great. Tracy helped us sell our rental property quickly and for the highest value we could. At the time I was going through cancer treatments with a small child and not once did I worry about the extra stress. I highly recommend Tracy Thompson as a realtor. She is hard working and has such zest for what she does. She listened to our needs and found seven properties for us to tour. When we chose the perfect home, she helped us with all the details, patiently answered our many questions, and addressed any concerns we had with the sellers' agent. Our closing was stress-free thanks to Tracy and her associate Victoria. We are now happily living our lives in our beautiful new home!
