I live in the Sauk Prairie/Lake Wisconsin community and I bring thirty years of experience in sales and client service to RE/MAX Preferred. As a result, I am polished, thorough, and effective while working toward exceeding my clients’ expectations. I’m a fun-loving, go-getting, hard-working gal! When I’m not in the office you’ll find me exploring nature by tearing up the hiking trails, making waves on the water, or escaping on a camping retreat. I like to challenge the status quo by being a creative marketer while showcasing properties through my unique but proven strategies, including video and various social media platforms. I am proud of connecting people due to the many relationships I’ve built both inside and outside of the real estate world. As a full-time realtor in the last six years, I have represented over $82 million in successful closings, leaving many happy folks along the way. Even though I value my double bachelor’s degrees (I worked hard to get ‘em!), I value hard work and experience even more. Communication is vital, so I’ve created what I call my “Sundown Policy.” Basically, if you call me during the day, I will do everything I can to call you back that same day before the sun goes down. Tim's in-depth knowledge and lifelong learning earned him the title of a real estate nerd. Tim became a broker in 2017 and started supporting other agents by teaching classes on best practices. He now serves as a part owner and managing broker of RE/MAX Preferred. Tim also leads the Preferred Homes Team, providing superior service and expertise. He initiated a mentorship program to help new and existing agents develop good career habits and exceptional skills. Raised in the Sauk Prairie area, I developed a deep appreciation for the land, the community, and the values that make this region special. After high school, I spent over a decade working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, where I earned my Master’s License from the United States Coast Guard and achieved the rank of Captain, leading my own vessel and crew. That experience shaped my leadership skills, work ethic, and commitment to precision. Eventually, I felt the pull back home to Wisconsin, where I joined my family’s business in Sauk Prairie. For more than 30 years, I’ve been involved in sales, marketing, and consulting - gaining a strong understanding of client service and long-term relationship building. For the past 8+ years, I’ve brought that experience into real estate, building extensive knowledge of the local market. Living and working in the country has given me a unique perspective on land values, acreage, and one-of-a-kind properties. I’ve proudly called the Lodi (Harmony Grove) area home since 2016, and I truly love this community! My husband and I are raising our two daughters here alongside our Corgi, Gustafson (yes, named after Grumpy Old Men). Giving back is a big part of who I am. I’m currently in my sixth year serving on the Lodi & Lake Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Board, where I’ve had the honor of serving as President twice and Vice President once. I also serve as Vice President of the Harmony Grove Association Board, a role I’ve held for five years. In addition, I’m actively involved in our local PTO and serve on the Lodi Community Action Team. Through these organizations, I’ve built meaningful relationships and a deep connection to the community I serve. I hold a Master of Science in Management: Managerial Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies & Leadership Development. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent over a decade working in higher education—an experience that strengthened my communication, organization, and client-focused approach. My real estate career has been incredibly rewarding. I was honored to receive Rookie of the Year in my first year, followed by Best Realtor of Lake Wisconsin in my second. In 2024, I received the Best Customer Service award from the Lodi & Lake Wisconsin Chamber, and in 2025, I was named Volunteer of the Year. Most recently, in 2026, I was honored as an Outstanding Community Member by the Lodi Community Action Team. I bring genuine care, strong communication, and dedicated energy to every transaction.
