I also really like the way Tracy and Linda interact with their team members. And that is another thing I want to highlight. Tracy is a lovely person. She is fun and full of energy and she is kind and thoughtful. She also has excellent taste. She and her partner spent half a day going through our house deciding what kind of upgrades would be most strategic (and necessary). They then executed the plan with help from the team and it came out looking incredibly attractive. They really thought carefully about what investments we should make in the house prior to the sale, and I felt we got excellent advice. Tracy is super organized and everything is planned and priced and there are no surprises. I could not recommend Tracy higher and I just recommended her to one of my best friends.
