Phenomenal Experience

As first time home buyers it was scary jumping into the world of owning a home, thankfully we had Tracy and a wonderful team standing behind her ready to help us! Tracy was so knowledgeable about what our loan parameters were as well as home structure which helped significantly as we toured a home I liked that ended up having foundation issues. Tracy went above and beyond for us calling the realtors to get any additional info and we ultimately found the perfect first home for us!!!! We are so grateful and appreciative of all the hard work that was done for us and we recommend Tracy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!
