But Tracy did an excellent job of guiding me through the process. She was always available when I needed her and is great at explaining things to a newbie with lots of questions. She has a lot of experience in Denver real estate and has a great feel for the different neighborhoods and market dynamics. She was patient and reassuring as we took our lumps in this crazy market, and then helped us craft a winning strategy when the right house finally came along. Even after closing, she has still kept in touch to check in and help us with questions, and even gave us some really thoughtful house warming gifts!
