There aren’t enough excellent things I can say about Tracy in a simple review. I will say this, not only did she get the job done and was able to negotiate enough to make the whole transition of selling my home an easy one, but I forgot she was only my realtor and began to call on her as though she was my life advisor. We laughed about it, luckily, but it was because she made me feel so at ease in a situation I was unfamiliar with. I had never sold a house. I was quickly able to depend on her but she never left me out of the deal, not for one second. She is a kind, compassionate person and excellent listener. She understands first what your needs are, then she takes action. She is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about real estate and she’s honest. I will never forget what a great help she was to me.

Tracy has been our go-to realtor over the years and we would not consider working with anyone else. For sure her overall market knowledge is in depth. But that's just the beginning. Tracy is also a good listener and takes whatever time is necessary to understand her clients as well as she understands the business. She is also willing to go above and beyond, helping with logistics around my move. In short Tracy is as good as it gets.
