Tracy Quarterman

My job transferred my very quickly to the Savannah area, and I had very limited house-hunting days on the schedule. Tracy worked so well with my schedule and stayed so flexible. Since I was new to the area, I had only been exposed to one neighborhood through recommendation, so that's where we started touring. However, Tracy could obviously tell it wasn't the best fit, and she recommended we tour some other homes in a nearby area since she knew the properties so well. Within 1 week, she helped me find my perfect home! The whole process with her was seamless and organized. She helped with everything that was over my head, answered my questions quickly and honestly, and was overall a delight to meet with every time I got to tour the house. She even was available when I was still remote to attend my home inspection for me and kept me updated during the whole appointment via text. It was such a blessing that I found Tracy to help me with such a huge life change! I would highly recommend working with her to anyone.
