She found and managed a team of professionals to renovate, paint, plant, clean, trim trees, stage and make the house look amazing. The best I have ever seen or worked with - went the extra mile many times. Tracy actually crawled under our (dirty) outside deck looking for our sewer lateral! She did the extra touches to make the house more attractive - landscaping, flowers, Christmas wreath on the door, expert advise on staging and interior improvements, etc. She did a masterful job in managing my expectations with insightful rationale. Tracy intended all meetings - the notary said Tracy is the only realtor she has worked with that attended that signing - and a good thing she did because an issue came up with my bank (having to do with our Trust) which Tracy took care of, which eliminated significant delays in closing.
