We had the pleasure of working with Tracy during the recent sale of my parent's home. In EVERY way, Tracy went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor. My brother died in CC Co. during Covid. I was named as his Executrix, but I live in Delaware. You can imagine what I faced, not only with the distance & traveling issues during this time, but my brother's house needed a lot of work before it could be sold. She came into the house with pad and paper and spent time looking around and sharing ideas, even though she knew I was not in a position at that time to make a final decision about a realtor. When I was on the East Coast, which was most of the time, Tracy communicated regularly and efficiently with me. During the whole process, she kept me informed about progress, paid attention to costs, and took care of numerous things that one would never expect a realtor to do, but that both she & I knew I could not take care of from a distance. Even in the time of a hot market and contractors being in high demand, Tracy kept things running smoothly - and remained calm, friendly, and thoroughly professional. When it came time to sell, she handled it beautifully. The house sold quickly, with no problems, and well above asking price.
