My parents lived in the Bay Area and decided a little over a year ago that they wanted to relocate down to RB/Poway to be closer to us. They spent an entire year looking day in and day out on websites and real estate search engines and had no luck. They used a local realtor but he did not seem to be of any help to them and only reached out once they contacted him. My mom ended up getting on Tracy's email blast with new listings and eventually one caught her eye. I called Tracy right away to see if we could see the house. The house was perfect but because my parents lived in the Bay Area and my dad couldn't make it down to see it, it meant several showings in a very short amount of time.
