My parents lived in the Bay Area and decided a little over a year ago that they wanted to relocate down to RB/Poway to be closer to us. They spent an entire year looking day in and day out on websites and real estate search engines and had no luck. They used a local realtor but he did not seem to be of any help to them and only reached out once they contacted him. Tracy was very positive and had great information for my parents during the process. My mom said upon meeting Tracy that this was the women she wanted to work with. Tracy has a wonderful way of putting you at ease during a process that under the best circumstances is stressful. She goes above and beyond and works so hard to make sure her clients are happy. Its a very reassuring sense to know that you truly have someone in your corner and that they have your best interest at heart. As luck would have it that first house she showed my parents turned out to be the house that got them down here. We are all so thankful that my mom found Tracy's listing. She was such a blessing to our family and we owe her a huge debt of gratitude. I have recommended her to several friends who are selling their house.
