Better experience than we could have hoped for.

Tracy was excellent. She had our home sold in days and for more than we could have hoped for. We were pleasantly surprised. She gave us expert advice on what we could do to help increase our odds of recieving an offer in a short time. We were sceptical but Tracy was definitely on her game. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent. She has the expertise, experience, & recourses to get the job done.

More then just a Realtor

From day one it seem like we had our own personnel realtor. We gave her a list of properties that we were interested in, and within hours she had them scheduled. Once we found the house we wanted, the only physical thing we had to do was sign the paperwork, (with a POA she would have done that also). She put a me in touch with QFin, to take care of my VA financing, the inspections and minor repairs needed for sale approval she handled. The most important thing she did, was everything AFTER the purchase and selling of my properties. Being new to the Millsboro Area, she had knowledge of every company from movers to tree removal. Also she became a dear friend and to this day if we need anything she's there to lend a helping hand. So, to end this you get more then just a Knowledgeable Realtor you get a friend.

Great job and very personable.
