From day one it seem like we had our own personnel realtor. We gave her a list of properties that we were interested in, and within hours she had them scheduled. Once we found the house we wanted, the only physical thing we had to do was sign the paperwork, (with a POA she would have done that also). She put a me in touch with QFin, to take care of my VA financing, the inspections and minor repairs needed for sale approval she handled. The most important thing she did, was everything AFTER the purchase and selling of my properties. Being new to the Millsboro Area, she had knowledge of every company from movers to tree removal. Also she became a dear friend and to this day if we need anything she's there to lend a helping hand. So, to end this you get more then just a Knowledgeable Realtor you get a friend.

Tracy was amazing with my family. My husband had just gotten out of the Army and we were moving home. With me being a contractors daughter and my mom a loan officer/real estate agent in California, I have very picky tastes.
