Tracy was so amazing to work with. We were in the middle of a string of 5 buyers and there were SO MANY moving parts/negotiations. Tracy handled the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one with so much talent! She definitely knows her real estate/negotiating. We would use Tracy again in a heartbeat!
Tracy made the sale of our home smooth and worry-free. She understood exactly what we needed to do to make our house look its best and appeal to the most buyers. She listens well and works aggressively to get the best price.
Great to work with has great knowledge of understanding of the market and how to get your home viewed by clients that would be interested in that exact type of property.
Tracy has 54 properties for sale and sold 21 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
